Just as well as I was beginning to think about not updating it. Instagram is definitely not getting anymore work from me as they do not promote the reels after a few days.

I also did a few youtube longform videos

My plan is to post a long form on sunday at 4pm and a short form on tuesday 4pm

I would like to post a longform on thursday too but it may be too much work.

I want to schedule updates regularly.
